Vipul works at Sovereign Group in the capacity of Group Financial Controller.

He has over twenty-five years of experience in different sectors including the  Steel, Plastic, Seed, Retail, IT, Building Material( Roofing, insulation & Composite), Packaging, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, and Textile industry with vast knowledge and rich experience in various areas viz, Financial Accounting & Reporting, Financial Analysis and Control, Budgetary Controls, Management Reporting , Working Capital Management, Tax Management and Compliance, Product and Process Costing, Regulatory and Statutory Compliance, Business Process Review, System Implementation.

He holds a degree in Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting & Auditing) and Dip. in Tax Laws from M.S.U. of Baroda, India. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant from India (I.C.A.I). He also completed Advance Level of Certified General Accountant (CGA), Ontario, Canada.

Prior to joining Sovereign, Vipul has worked with various companies which includes Multi-National Companies like Owens Corning, Canada and National Panasonic, India.
